What Does Raised White Skin Around Penis Indicate?
i have slight white skin raised around the rim of my penis. its a hard white spot and its very itchy. it doesn't flake but the left side (the same side as the white skin raised) of my penis head is a little red and sensitive. please help i don't have insurance. oh 26 years old

hiii.some men have spots around penis called fordyce spots.if you jave itchy and painful spot kindly contact your dermatologist and get your std tests done.
