Hello and welcome to HCM,
The aspiration cytology report of neck lymph node suggests granulomatous inflammation.

Tuberculosis is the most common granulomatous inflammation.
ZN staining is done for detection of acid fast bacilli (AFB) or tubercle bacillus.
However, the ZN stain is not positive for AFB.
The sputum is also negative for AFB.
There is reactive lymphocytosis which is seen in chronic inflammations like tuberculosis.

Since, there is strong suspicion for tuberculosis PCR for tubercle bacilli should be done.
Tubercle bacilli may remain undetectable if the bacterial load is low.

Consult your doctor for prescription of the investigations.
If the test turns t be positive, anti-tubercle treatment will be instituted.

Thanks and take care
