What Does "pus Cells-5-7 And Epithelial Cells-3-5" In Urinalysis Suggest?

My hubby was suffered by vomit and stomach pain and doctor said to take tests and the results are
Urine pus cells 5-7/hpf
Urine Epithelial cells 3-5/hpf
Urine RBC's Occasional
Urine Acetone Negative
Urine PH 5.0

Is there any Problem for him?
I am scared please reply...

, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

This is not enough for me to evaluate his conditions since he should also do some other blood tests and at least kidneys ultrasound which wil show if there is urinary infection or not. Pus cells may indicate certain type of infection but it cant judged only considering these findings. Some other kidney issues may lead to such urine analysis. It would be good for him to drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and avoid sexual intercourse for a start.
