What Does " Mesentric Lymphathedenopathy" From Test Reports Suggest?

m 15 years old. i ' m very very thin according to my height even i intake many calories and nutrients a day. i excrete loose, undigested and diarrhea like stool. i have frequent tunesil. i have extreme pain in my leftmost part of my abdomen. i have a swollen like structure in my abdomen. when i had a video x ray , ultralogist said me there was stomach infection and they wrote mesentric lymphathedenopathy in impression but when i show it to doctor, they did nothing.. what to do now/ what is my soution/
