What Does Puss Cells In Urinalysis Suggest?

hi doc! I am 25 years old male. I got my urinalysis test result yesterday. I don't know what does it mean. Do I need a medication for this result: Color: Yellow, Transparancy: Clear, Specific gravity: 1.020,Pus cells: 4-8/HPF, Reb Blood Cells 1-3/HPF, Mucus thread: +, Albumin: +, pH:5.0. kindly explain. I am worried. I urinated a blood, last week.

Well pus cells 4-8/HPF in urine indicates urinary tract infection.
And you must require antibiotics rather than consider a wait and watch approach.
See your doctor.
And start OTC AZO pills and cranberry juice.
