What Does Pulmonary Hyperaeration Mean?

i have tuberculosis before and now the findings last oct. 2014 was pulmonary tuberculosis with granuloma formation, have negative sputum test and i went to xray again the feb. 19, and findings was the same, but there was stated there pulmonary hyperaeration?..may i ask what is that mean? is it contagious and need medication?..thank you

post TB granuloma is commen thing
it nevere infective or contagious
it is just epitheloid cell aggregation and form like a solid tissue in lung
it can compesse pulmonary blood vessles increase there pressure called pulmonry hypertension.
other causes include mitral walve stenosis,congenital etc.
if it is symptomatic then definatly need treatment
