What Is Pulmonary Hyperaeration?

I am 19 yrs. old and I have my chest PA (xray) last week for my school requirments and the result was this lungs are hyperaerated with low set of memidiaphragm and the impression is pulmonay hyperraeration.
I am afraid of this..what does it mean.........

Hi. I can understand your concern.
Sometimes while doing an x ray if you take a deep breath this findings can be seen. You need not worry if you do not have symptoms like breathlessnees or cough.
