General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Possible diagnosis: Vaginal vault prolapse
The pressure sensation following hysterectomy is concerning for vaginal vault prolapse. Here the vagina wall starts proposing down due to the lack of support.
Vaginal./pelvic examination can confirm the diagnosis.
You can do Kegel exercise to strengthen pelvic floor and prevent further prolapse. Mild prolapse can be treated with vaginal cones. However, surgery may be required in severe cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
