What Does Pregnancy Ultrasound Scan Of Final Trimester Suggest?

hi doctor i am 26yr, i am pregnet and in last ultrasound report showing my baby is having cystic lession with internal echoes in the abdomen, and possibility of dermoid cyst, haemorrhagic ovarian cyst/ mesenteric cyst with haemorrhage to be considered 31-3 weeks gestation

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cystic lesion with internal echoes in fetal gonads can be dermoid cyst, haemorrhagic ovarian cyst/ mesenteric cyst with haemorrhage .
The further management depends upon the size of the cyst, whether it is compressing the surrounding structures like kidneys etc.
I would suggest you to consult fetal medicine specialist to get the proper counselling and cyst aspiration, if required and indicated.
