Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.

Let me clear your dounts one by one.
1. Heart Rate(HR) - normal
2. QRS - normal
3. QTc - normal
4. PR interval - normal
5. RR interval - normal
6. QRS axis - normal
7. Small positive T wave (L&A) and negative T wave (Inf) - There is not much to worry . This flat or negative T wave can be due to a thick chest wall, low potassium in blood , low blood flow to heart ( myocardial ischaemia) , thyroid dysfunction.

It would have been better to see your ECG.

An abnormal EKG must be confirmed by other tests and clinical examination. EKG is just a screening tool.

I would suggest you to report to a clinician if you have symptoms like chest pain, dizziness, palpitation or breathlessness. Your doctor will be able to correlate clinically.

Post any other question. We will be happy to help.

Have a nice day. Regards.
