What Does Pain On The Soles Of The Feet Indicate?

hello, I have pain underneath my foot for about a week now, I did not hurt myself at all. I also have a lot of sensitivity on my inner and outer thighs and butt area. what could this be? I am on blood thiners due to a blood clot condition and I am on dialysis since I have stage five chronic kidney disease.
