Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain

my feet hurt. it hurts on the bottom of both feet, like someone hit them with a baseball bat. I work part-time walking on concrete, but even on days off, they still hurt. I do have arthritis in my hands and feet. It used to hurt on the top of my feet, but now the bottom hurts.
