What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen Along With Dizziness Indicate?

Ive been having sharp pain in my lower belly for about a month in a half. I went to the doctor but they say nothings wrong with me. These pains can be mild to moderate and sometimes just be severe. This pain has been coming and going for a month in a half. I feel like I have to vomit ,dizzy, and sometimes weak. Do you have any Idea what it could be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
Thanks for approaching Ask a Doctor section.

* As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the
current condition can be due to various reasons as

- intestine infection - diverticular disease - metabolic disturbances
- electrolyte or other imbalances - urinary problems.

* I would like to recommend an ultra sound of the abdomen & pelvis
with basic lab work to proceed further.

Hope this clears your query .
Wishing you fine recovery .
