What Does Pain At Back Of Skull And Feeling Fluid Pressure Indicate?
I have been having pain at the back of my head (base of skull), accompanied by what I can only describe as fluid pressure in my head, almost feels like sinus pressure but my sinuses are clear, this pressure is aggravated by movement. And literally feels like there is fluid trapped somewhere in my head. What is going on?
It seems like you have a headache that has been started due to sinusitis. We can try a few things to see if it helps you.
Try these for 5 days and then follow up: Inhale steam mixed with eucalyptus oil 5 times daily to clear the nasal passages. Add the oil to the water while heating it Drink lots of water Take 2 tablets of Paracetamol 500 every 12 hours if you have a headache Take 1 tablet of Cetirizine 10 mg once a night Sleep well
All the best. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this helps you
