What Does Organophosphate Pesticide Contamination Mean?

Gregor, who works at a pesticide factory, comes to the clinic complaining of muscle spasms that interfere with his movement and breathing. A blood shows test shows that he has been contaminate with organophosphate pesticide, which is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. how would you explain to Gregor what this means?

That the pesticides he is working with are getting into his body and interfering with the proper functioning of his nerves and muscles. He needs to get away from the pesticides as they are damaging his body, and should get another job where he does not get exposed to them.
