General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that due to accident there might be having some injury or cut on nasal mucosa producing bleeding.
As otherwise she is fine nothing to worry.
Apply antibiotic cream in nasal cavity and put Otrivin pediatric nasal drops.
Avoid removing crust from nose or blowing of nose.
Ok and take care.
