What Causes Constant Headache And Nosebleed After An Injury?

hi i was involved in a car accident thursday night i had no injuries and walked away from the accident however i did hit my head and now i have a constant headache and have been having very light nose bleeds that last a few minutes each, is this normal ?

I appreciate your concern for the constant headache and nosebleed.
I am of the opinion that even though you walked away from the accident site without losing the consciousness or immediate evidence of trauma or bleeding but now you are having constant headache and light nose bleeds.
This can not be taken as a normal happening!
You are advised to consult the doctor for proper assessment and management may be you need some investigations like X ray skull, CT Scan,etc
