Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

The fact remains that kidney, liver and thyroid have no direct relation to hypoglycemia. Of course there remains the fact that if the renal functions are deranged, the dose of certain medicines need to be reduced. But outside of that, a normal test report is a good sign.

As for the recurrent hypoglycemia, you need to understand that the sugar levels in a diabetic is a balance between the amount of sugar eaten and the amount of sugar suppressed by the medicines.

Hypoglycemia occur because there is an imbalance between the two- either you have eaten too less after taking the medicine, or the medicine taken is too high a dose for the amount of food eaten.

In most diabetician communities, it is known that hypoglycemia is worse than having high sugars. So meet your diabetician to change the dose of the medicine while you control your pattern of diet.

Suggest checking HbA1c

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above so i can be of help further. Best of luck.
