Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

Absence of fetal pole implies that the embryo is not developing.
But at 7 weeks, its pretty early to call. Ultrasound results depend
on the sonographer's expertise and the sensitivity of the machine.

So, for now, you do not need to worry. The ultrasound will be
repeated in two weeks and am sure, everything will be alright.

Fluid in cul de sac usually implies a chronic infection depending on the
nature of the fluid. It is a good thing you do not have fluid in your
cul-de-sac.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
