What Does No Discrete Uterine Lesions Or Adnexal Masses Mean?
Can you please interpret my ultra sound results? Impressions: 1. no discrete uterine lesions or adnexal masses. Trace fluid in the endometrial canal towards the right fundal region. 2. There are gross normal physiologic follicles n the bilateral ovaries. The largest follicle on the left measures 11 mm.

You have absolutely normal findings.
There is no focal or diffuse lesions in the uterus or its adnexa.
There is minimal fluid in the endometrial cavity which may be due to menstruation.
There are normal follicles in both ovaries,largest follicle is in the left ovary measuring 11 mm.
