What Does My Urine Analysis Mean?

I have a previous (28 Nov) UA that says Protein 1+ Abnormal and Occult Blood 2+ Abnormal
Does it make sense to be required to: submit Urology Consultation with Cystoscopy and Contrast CT of Abdomen with attention to kidney to exclude renal mass/stones.
TODAY I had a UA done that says: GLU negative, BIL negative, KET negative, SG 1.015, *BLO small, pH 7.5, PRO negative, URO 1.0 R.U/dL, *NIT positive, LEU negative, WBC 0-2, RBC 3-6, BACT TNTC, Epith Few.
What exactly does this mean?? I am being treated with SULFAMETHOXAZOLE.
I am trying to Deploy to Afghanistan and this is causing and issue. Really???

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of proteins in urine suggest some pathological process in the kidneys.
Presence of blood in urine can be due to some injury in the urinary tract or some pathology in the kidneys.
I would suggest you to take urology opinion since to rule out any lesion, stones or mass in the urinary tract or kidney.
All other chemical parameters- proteins, glucose, bilirubin, urobilinogen, ketone bodies and hemoglobin levels are within normal limits.
0-2 white blood cells can be found in normal urine samples.
3-6 red blood cells in urine suggest presence of blood in urine which needs to be investigated.

Thanks and take care
