What Does My Ultrasound Result Indicate?

i'm 38 never missed a period last month 2 days late unusual cramping first two days and then heavy bleeding for two weeks. now stopped. had two days ago ultrasound found two 2.57cm subserosol fibroids and eveidence of recent ovulation. what does this mean

1.The report suggest there is a mass lesion in the uterine myometrium which is towards outer side opening serosa.
2.There is evidence of recent ovulation - likely with thickened endometrium.
3.The treatment in this case include hormonal treatment at your age with a followup scans.
4.If does not respond to the treatment needs excision.
5.Fibroids can cause there recurrent miscarriages, Good luck.
