hi, I got married on the 9th of Feb 2014 and my last period was on the 28-01-2014, I got pregnant since that time and I have this report of Ultrasound on 13-10-2014 single viable fetus breech presentation FH positive FM positive BPD 37W+0D FL 37W+0D EDD 06-11-2014 EFW 3400 G placenta fundo anterior smooth outline not previa adequate liquor amount pocket depth of about 6.5 cm normal fetal organs is it all normal? what is the chance for normal delivery?
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Your ultrasound shows a full term fetus with good weight and adequate fluid around the fetus. However, the presentation of the fetus is breech, and hence normal delivery is not advisable. Caesarean section is advised in a pregnancy with breech presentation. Hope you found the answer helpful.
