1.Report says that there is bilateral testis reduced in the size.
2.And collection of fluid with in the scrotal sac -
hydrocele. with calcifications - suggest any healed infection.
3.Previously healed infection will leave a trace with calcifications.
4.Venous channel dilatation has been noticed.
5.An FNAC - could be helpful to evaluate the cause, and an
ultrasound and CT abdomen pelvis - in search of associated findings in terms of malignancies.
6.And a course of antibiotic with symptomatic treatment - if you are symptomatic. Other wise a followup scans are recommended. Good luck.
