I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your semen analysis report you have sperm count of 40 million per ml & semen volume of 2.5 ml Both of which are normal. As per motility, Total motile sperms are 80 % & their count is 32 million per ml. As per grading of motility, only 36% of sperms are progressive mobile, 44% of sperms are non-progressive motile & rest 20% are non-motile or dead.
As per morphology only 1 % sperms are of normal shape & there is majority (99%) of sperms with abnormal shape. You also have 1 white blood cell per high power field which is not significant.

All together you semen analysis report shows that you should be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility with majority of sperms of abnormal shape. This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing.
