What Does My Follicular Study Indicate?

Hi,My age is 30 and my left ovary is normal but right ovary measures 32*29 mm and shows multiple small peripherally arranged follicles with increased stromal echogenicity. What does it mean? I am planning to conceive should i go for follicular study?

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Your repost suggest thats there are features of polycystic ovarian disease.
2.But its not a definitive feature for you - that it will be difficult to conceive.
3.Most commonly its a bilateral feature, however another ovary is fine as described - pregnancy is possible.
4.Follicular study is good to under go - to monitor the follicular activity and rupture an so on - and medications can be induced by monitoring.
5.I would recommend you to follow ovulation calendar and have intercourse and try naturally - after few months you can get the study done, if you already been trying for some time then please go a head.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
