What Does My EEG Test Report Indicate?

I met an accident on 28.09.15 after I got dazzlness random after nuero Dr.prescribed tablet after now OK I was taken past 8 years physiatrist medicine till now like venlor xr 37.5and nexito plus, I have taken EEG Test as per neuro Dr said Please review the report reply Asap Please find the attached file Thanks Now result Occasional Random sharp waves discharge seen both sides Abnormal Please review

occasional sharp waves discharge in EEG is an abnormal finding....if you had any seizure episode in past then you should take anti epileptic drug like Tab. Phenytoin 300mg HS or as your neurologist suggests....
you have not mentioned about your behaviour nd sleep part...if these are okk then gradually stop Tab.Venlor and Naxito....
