Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, if CT/ MRI/ Doppler all are normal, then any possibility of anesthesia-induced complications should be ruled out.

Anoxic brain injury is another possibility which should be ruled out by a panel of critical care physician as well as neurologists.

Metabolic derangements should be reviewed with baseline electrolytes, calcium, magnesium, phosphatase as well as blood gases and pH monitoring should be ensured. If any derangements are suspected should be corrected.

Sepsis profile and broad-spectrum antibiotics coverage may be continued along.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
