Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Mixed flora is found in urine sample when it is contaminated with skin organisms and the sample is not collected properly or not collected in a clean container.
Mixed flora does not indicates the true infection in urine, if present.
I would suggest you to get a repeat mid stream clean catch sample of urine for testing and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
