What Does Mildly Heterogeneous Echotexture And Bilateral Ovarian Follicular Cysts Mean?
Hi, i got my ultrasound results today: the uterus measures: 10.0 x 3.1 x 4.7 cm and demonstrates a mildly heterogeneous echotexture, also bilateral ovarian follicular cysts . What that means and what should be the next step. Thank you. P.S waiting for PAP results and breast ultrasound was also requested (not done yet).

The findings of your ultrasound scan are within normal limits. It is normal to have mild heterogenous echotexture of uterus. Follicular cysts in the ovaries is indicative of its normal function. Please do not worry.
