Patient comes in with abdominal pain, constant in nature, initially in left iliac fossa but now generalised. Bedside scan revealed :bilateral mild hydronephrosis, multiloculated cystic mass in uterus of size 10x5 cm, with no fluid seen. Diagnosis said uterine mass with compression of bladder causing uti What are the investigations and diagnosis that need to be made? What could be my differential diagnosis? Is it mullerianosis?
