Dear friend, microalbuminuria indicates excretion of small amount of albumin between 30 to 300 mg/day ... less than 30 is normal ... Dear friend it is an early indication of nephropahy (kidney damage) please meet your treating doctor soon and get the treatment some drugs like ACE inhibitors/ARBs will halt the progress and also sometimes reverse the damages in kidneys... so please do not delay .. check the HbA1c levels i think the glucose levels are not properly controlled over time must look in to the dose or changing the treatment... with proper lifestyle changes along with regular medications it is possible to keep the problems under control ... thank you please do contact me if needed ...
