Hilar lymphadenopathy is enlargement of hilar lymphnodes which can be present in disease like lymphomas, sarcoidosis etc. fortunately its not their in your x-ray, so need not to worry in that concern. Although your x-ray can be considered normal, but it do have some importent impressions that needs to be clinicaly ruled out with the help of your presenting complaints (i.e. the problem for what you visited for an x-ray) & some clinial examination of your chest. As the x-ray report shows prominent vascular markings in lower lung fields and slightly enlarged heart shadow. This can be a normal x-ray or it can be because of decrease in heart function. If you have history of chest pain and do feel breathless on mild exertion, sometimes associated with coughing, then it can be a cardiac problem and the best you can do is to consult a cardiologist. Have an ecg and echo done. In such situation too according to your x-ray report. It doesnot appears to be very sever and can be controled and improved with medications. On the other hand if you dont have such complaints and on clinical examination your lung sounds appears normal ( that needs to be examined clinicaly by a gp ) then you need not to worry at all. Conclusion : if do have above complaints and you feel its significant then kindly visit to a cardiologist. If have minor complaints visit to a gp.
