hi what does all of this mean LINE GLAND TUMOUR IS WELL VISUALISED.LEFT MIDDLE LUNG ZONE PNEUMONIC INFILTRATION.NO PLEURAL EFFUSION.LEFT LUNG PNEUMONIC INFILTRATION.LIVER IS ENLARGED COURSE ECHOTEXTURE CONSISTENT WITH PARENCHYMAL DISEASE.PORTAL VEIN IS PATENT WITH HEPATOPETAL FLOW.THANKS

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I guess there is some spelling mistake in the tumor which you have mentioned.
The 'line tumor; that you have mentioned could be thymic tumor.
Please refer to your reports again.
Rest of the report says that there is pneumonic infiltration i.e. there is infiltration of inflammatory cells in the lung parenchyma.
No fluid collection.
The liver is enlarged due to disease in the parenchyma of the liver i.e. in the substance of liver.
Refer to your doctor with report for the management of the tumor.
