What Does Light Shade In Pregnancy Test Kit Indicate?

My email YYYY@YYYY the question is there should appear two lines in the preganews pragnancy kit to confirm pragnancy by I observed the shade in the preganews pragnancy test is light ? Does it mean some deficiency or risk to the pragnancy

Hi,

Faint line in urine pregnancy test kit indicates either early pregnancy or false positive result. To get the accurate result, better to test one week after the date of missed period and with the early morning urine sample and the result should be read immediately after adding the urine sample.

Now, you can repeat the test after a few days to get the accurate result or you can go for blood test for pregnancy which can give more accurate result compared with a urine test. Blood tests showing serum beta HCG levels of more than 25 mIU/mL confirms the possibility of pregnancy.
