You did not given enough history. What you want to now is also not clear. Are you taking chemotherapy also,as it can lower haemoglobin level. Also Radiotherapy can depressed blood forming cells. You can take drugs which are available to boost haemoglobi after radiotherapy, like erytropoitin.
