Hi dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He has prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Surgery is not possible. Only treatment options are chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Both has side effects. Both leads to low platelet and low wbc count. Because of destruction of blood cells. Platelet and hemoglobin can be maintained by blood transfusion. Granulocytes stimulating factors are useful to increase total count. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
