What Does It Mean To Have Heavy Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi
I'm 5weeks pregnant lost all my pregnancy symptoms yesterday since Sunday bleeding heavily fresh red blood (1 pad a day) with no pain only chills my gynecologist says not to worry and sent me for ultrasound on Friday -5 months ago had a blighted ovum pregnancy im40 - please help feel really good

IT appears as if you have had a miscarriage.
Can you upload the ultrasound scan report ?
ONly an ultrasound scan will tell you if you are still carrying a viable pregnancy .
