What Does Ischemia With Moderate Right Precordial Repolarization Disturbance In ECG Mean ?

I just had an ecg done and it says ischemia with moderate right precordial repolarization disturbance....large negative t in v3 and small negative t in v3......I am have heart palpitations with shortness of breath intermittently for 3 days. What does/could this mean?

ECG should be correlated with clinical picture
You need further investigations like stress ECG & ECHO / especially because you are symptomatic
