What Does Intraventricular Conduction Delay Mean?

I just had an ekg for medical clearance for knee surgery. the ekg states borderline intraventricular conduction delay QRSd>105mS; consider posterior infarct.....prom R & T in V1 V2; borderline repolarization abnormality......ST dep & abnormal T
My primary doctor feels the ekg is fine but I am waiting to hear from the surgery center. Do I need to see a cardiologist?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This is electrophysiological phenomenon, the electrical impulses which suppose to take normal time to travel form the generation system to ventricle, when takes more time than this then it is called delayed conduction this is more common in normal person and it is absolutely normal, I hope this answer would clear your doubts, take care and have nice day.
