What Does Inferolateral St Depression Means?
I am a 60 years old woman , 5 foot 3 inches and weigh 9 stone 4 pounds. I am on ramipril 5 mgs and bisoprolol 1.25 and ezetrol i recently had a cardiac treadmill test which said it was stopped after seven and a half minutes with 2mm of inferlateral st depression which resolved quickly. could you please tell me what this means to him

Inferolateral ST depression 2 mm indicate reversible ischemia.It may be due to insufficient blood supply to heart muscles during exertion.It also be due to other causes like hypokalemia,hyperventilation etc.
You may need further investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,lipid profile,liver function test,renal function test,ECHO.
Angiography of heart can also be done to assess blood vessels of heart.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
