What Does Hypoechoic SOL In The Anterior Wall Mean?

i have hypoechoic SOL measuring 1.5X1.2 cm in the anterior wall whats that means, with that i have both ovaries enlarged. cyst bilaterally, right ovary cyst contain medium echogenic fluid 2.8X2.4 cm and left overy cyst of low level echogenic fluid 4.3X4 cm

A hypoechoic SOL in uterus is most likely a fibroid. As per the size, it is very small and nothing needs to be done for it.
Bilateral enlarged ovaries with cysts most likely indicate Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD). You have to confirm the diagnosis with some blood tests for your hormones. If they are elevated, then we can confirm the diagnosis and you need to take some medications for the treatment.
