Hello and welcome to HCM, High levels of urobilinogen suggests presence of raised levels of unconjugated bilirubin. Unconjugated bilirubin increases in cases of liver disorder leading to deficiency conjugation of bilirubin. Thus, complete assessment of liver functions has to be carried out to know the exact status of liver functions.
