Hello and welcome to HCM,
A low hemoglobin levels along with high ferritin levels suggests anemia of chronic disease.
Ferritin is an acute phase reactant and it rises in cases of inflammation.
Anemia of chronic disease occurs due to diseases of kidney, liver, thyroid etc.
Thus, clinical assessment needs to be done.
All systems need to be investigated- renal function tests, liver function tests, thyroid function tests need to be done to assess the functional status of these organs.
Presence of thrombocytopenia can be due to suppression of bone marrow due to some chronic disease process.
Consult your doctor for clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
