Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome and thanks for asking.
Looking at the complete liver function test report, i can suggest as follows:
1. Direct bilirubin is high - indicates hepatic damage
2. aspartate and alanine aminotransferase is elevated indicating ongoing hepatic damage.
3. Gamma glutamyl transferase is elevated, indicating possible alcohol related damage.
4. All other values are near normal limits.

Based on this, there is an ongoing hepatitis and if alcohol is not the cause, further evaluation for infection or inflammatory condition needs to be evaluated.

Diagnosis is - Acute hepatitis

Any further queries, happy to help again.
