What Does He Following FNAC Report Suggest?
Dear Doctor, I was suggested for Thyroid Nodule FNAC and done scan guided FNAC, The result is as under: -PAUCICELLUR ASPIRATE -BENIGN THYROID LESION -SUGGESTIVE OF COLLIDE NODULE-RIGHT LOBE OF THYROID( BETHESDA -GRADE-II) kindly advice the abnormilities of the thyroid and i was advised biopsy of the same,if it is necessory and what is the meaning of BETHESDA-Grade ii, pls.advice Regards Jayanna

Thyroid report in Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) test mentioned as Bethesda system of reporting. Grade 2 Bethesda system include benign thyroid lesion.
You have possibility of colloid goitre so no need to worry and you don't have any malignant lesion.
