What Does Fibrotic And Hazy Infiltrate Noted On Upper Right Lobe Mean?

Good morning, Doctor. May I ask what does fibrotic and hazy infiltrates noted on upper right lobe mean? thanks.
Another question. If a person undergo a 3 consecutive sputum exam with a negative AFB, what should I do? or what is the right intervention or diagnosis? thanks.
and if that is the result, is it practical to take quadtab (isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol? 4x before breakfast even if the result is 3negative AFB, no signs and symptoms of TB but the Chest X-ray was fibrotic and hazy infiltrates noted on upper right lobe? big thanks :)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your question, according to the guide line of WHO the sputum is a gold and stander test for pulmonary TB but some time test results comes negatives even after many tests in such situation clinical sign and symptoms and other blood test parameters helps in taking decision another tests are also there which can be helpful in making diagnosis, here it must have happened the same thing (Clinical sign and symptoms and patient's general condition is important )have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
