Good morning, Doctor. May I ask what does fibrotic and hazy infiltrates noted on upper right lobe mean? thanks.
Another question. If a person undergo a 3 consecutive sputum exam with a negative AFB, what should I do? or what is the right intervention or diagnosis? thanks.
and if that is the result, is it practical to take quadtab (isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol? 4x before breakfast even if the result is 3negative AFB, no signs and symptoms of TB but the Chest X-ray was fibrotic and hazy infiltrates noted on upper right lobe? big thanks :)
