Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of an infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- LDH
- Uric acid plasma levels
- blood electrolytes and vitamin D plasma levels
- ASO titer antibodies

In the meantime, I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
