Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The findings mentioned suggest mild prominence of the collecting systems in both kidneys of the baby. The upper limit is usually 5 mm but there can be small errors in measurements. Please do not worry as there are no other findings which are abnormal. It is best to follow up with another scan after 28 weeks and then subsequently. Sometimes even the kidneys appear slightly bulged even in normal conditions like extrarenal pelvis.
