General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Lack of energy,mobility/thirst/fatigue/feeling of non wellness may come from-
- severe anemia with general debility due to chronic health problems.
digestive deficiency,Diabetes, hypothyroidism, calcium & vitamin D deficiency& psychological stress/strain can produce such symptoms.
You need to go for through physical check up & investigations to find exact cause & get treatment from concerned specialty.
Thanks.
